Each of the four gospels proclaims in its particular way that the Holy Spirit of Love is the reciprocity of the Father and the Son in communion.

Mark - Gospel of the loving Father and of the beloved Son proclaims both

The Spirit of the Fathe’s love for the Son, and

The Spirit of the Son’s love for the Father.

Matthew – Gospel of the Son’s Body the Church proclaims both

The Spirit of the Father’s love for the Body of Christ and Temple of his

Spirit, and

The Spirit of the Body of Christ’s love for his Father.

Luke – Gospel of the Spirit of the Father and the Son proclaims both

The Spirit of the Father’s love for the world of his Son, and

The Spirit of the incarnate Son’s world for his Father.

John – Gospel of the indwelling and outgoing Triune God proclaims both

The outgoing Spirit of the Triune God’s love for creation, and

The indwelling Spirit of the Triune God’s within creation.

The Spirit of the Father’s originating love is the also the Spirit of the Son’s welcoming love that constitutes the loving reciprocity of Father and Son. The life/love that Father gives is the life/love that the Son welcomes. The Holy Spirit of their Love/Life is the eternal communion, community and communication of their relational existence, joy and happiness.

The loving Spirit of the Father’s self-giving and the Son’s welcoming is the Eternal life, joy and happiness of the Triune God
